Our program offers a comprehensive outpatient treatment protocol for opioids as well as alcohol addiction and dependency. Treatment is a gradual process to block both withdrawal symptoms as well as cravings. For narcotic treatment we use Sublocade, Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv, or Bunavail (Buprenorphine); together with behavior counseling and follow-up visits for a full recovery. Dr. Jagodowicz has treated addiction for the past 25 years and holds a special waiver for treatment from the Department of Health and Human Services in the State of California.
The patient is seen monthly and evaluated with urine drug screens, CURES* reviews, and psychological assessments during the program to evaluate prognosis, current mental health status and provide coping skills together with a long term treatment plan.
Our program helps the patient cope with everyday problems including functioning at work, withdrawal symptoms, and cravings. Our goals include:
ABSTINENCE FROM ILLICIT DRUGS AND PREVENTION OF RELAPSE
ADHERENCE TO ALL PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS
REPAIR OF DAMAGED RELATIONSHIPS
PRODUCTIVE USE OF TIME
APPROPRIATE LIFESTYLE CHANGES TO MAINTAIN PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH
